Shipping & Returns
By purchasing from our website, you consent to our shipping & return policy.
We use are able to ship to most delivery addresses across the globe. However, in case if you happen to purchase from a location where our shipping providers are unable to reach, we will notify you within 1-2 days of your purchase. We will issue an immediate refund for your purchase or make alternative arrangements for shipments, which will be mutually agreed upon.
The shipping duration is generally 2-7 days, depending upon your location and the shipping provider routed. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be updated with a shipment tracking ID through email and the same will be updated in your orders page.
Size Exchange Program - 30 Days
VATA7 has a 30 day exchange policy, where one has 30 days from receiving their VATA7 LED helmet to send back to VATA7, for another size. VATA7 LED helmet must be in same shape, unridden, with all decals, parts and packaging that it came with. One exchange per order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping address.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds (Restocking Charges Apply)
VATA7 has a 30% restocking charge. Helmets are design-engineered and built with the highest standards and by hand. VATA7 LED Gear must be returned in perfect, unused shape with all parts, accessories, decals and packaging it came with. Please email us at email@example.com to get return shipping address.
